We’ve all experienced worry, and the detrimental ways that it starts to make the walls feel like they're closing in. It does little more than drag us down and zap our wonder, despite our brains' best intention of trying to keep us safe.

But how do we change the focus of what our imagination creates? How do we move from worry to wonder?
