Role Summary:

Harris is currently seeking a well-organized, highly perceptive and prepared Executive Assistant who can provide high-level personal and administrative support. In this position, you will assist in effectively accomplishing key tasks and company initiatives.

You must be very detail-oriented and exhibit high capacity skills in building and maintaining healthy working relationships. You'll accomplish this through strong communication, your comfort building systems and processes, natural drive for managing and completing complex projects, and taking initiative when faced with administrative decisions.

You must be ready to work with a high-performing visionary leader with big ideas and high expectations, and capable of managing the people and processes required to bring those visions to fruition.

If this sounds like you, you'll be working with a constantly expanding team with opportunities for career growth. The intention is for this role to begin in a full-time Executive Assistant-style role with the intention to grow into an Operations Lead over the course of 12-24 months, depending on pre-existing leadership experience and on-the-job performance.

This role will require a unique set of administrative skills that are imperative to growing and scaling this business and everything that resides under its umbrella. There will be actions made by you that will directly impact the future growth and vision of the company.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Partner with Harris on short and long-term planning.
  • Help accomplish all major operating functions of the business, including but not limited to tasks such as assisting with email, managing calendars and schedules, coordinating event and travel details and arrangements, overseeing financial reports and project budgets, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Resolve issues quickly and effectively - seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner.
  • Demonstrate effective project management and continuous improvement skills.
  • Demonstrate a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity.
  • Recognize the unique contributions and ideas of Harris and possess an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company.
  • Confirm all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across company. Verify that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the company.
  • Be responsive to emails, texts, phone calls, with contact outside of normal business hours.
  • Reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed.
  • Proactively seek ways to assist in ensuring Harris's time is spent focusing on leveraging his strengths by actively removing work from his plate through either personal or professional projects.

Qualifications

  • Pro-active, task-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Must have experience and pre-existing comfort level with both traveling and arranging, coordinating and booking travel itineraries.
  • Analytical; able to make data-driven decisions and establish effective metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and a competent level of both emotional and narrative intelligence.
  • Tech savvy, and unintimidated by learning software solutions ranging from Active Campaign to Asana to WordPress to Google Suite.
  • Must have existing, related experience working in a supporting role to an executive leader.
  • Available full-time, starting no later than November 2022.
  • Must be based in Nashville, TN and comfortable with regular travel both domestically and worldwide.
